Heralded by an unusually warm March (in a curious juxtaposition with the last, stubborn traces of the snow that fell in early February) spring has finally “exploded” in Montepulciano, transforming the landscape and bringing to life an infinite variety of colour tones which, alongside the seductive curves of the hillsides, make this such an inimitable part of Tuscany. With the lust for life and curiosity that sunlight inspires in every living being, spring in Montepulciano is a particularly generous awakening for nature, and the recommencement of the many activities connected to the vocations of this area. After the Vino Nobile Preview, already sending encouraging signals, the Easter holiday represented (and brilliantly passed) the first test for the new tourist season.
