In the agricultural the field new land that had been purchases 10 Ha, within 1999, are now productive vineyards, 9 of them concerning Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and in the wine cellar remaking and enlargement are in progress.
Specialised vineyards, over 30 ha., are splitted in different spots like Caggiole, Confino and Gracciano where is alsomplaced the farm's head office.
Solis are , of course, different ranging from light tufa at caggiole where elegant, non-tannic, scented wines are produced and in the more clayey Confino and Gracciano production of sronger wines, somewhat tannic to be "tamed" in the cellar using suitable barrels.
The farm's owners have clearly distinct duties: Francesco supported by the oenologist Dr. Lucherinini is suopervising the oenological side as well as commercial mallers, while the brother Giacinto is in charge of the vineyards. Cellars are situated in Via lazio where is located the wine-making department provided with tanks for a total capacity of 3.500 hl. and in Via Umbria, in the eighteenth-century where old ageing historical cellars have been restructured and directly connected to the upper floor tasting room.
